All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will notify you of any price increase before shipment.

Although every effort is made to proof read all text prior to inclusion we do not accept responsibility for any misprint, misunderstanding, or typographical errors, whether in general contents or pricing. If customers find anything on this site or in our price lists which appear to be misleading please be so kind to bring this to our attention for correction.

Orders are handled in order of entry. We reserve the right to refuse an order, to discuss the prices or to attach additional conditions to the delivery. Your order implies acceptance of the general sales conditions.
Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards accepted. Cheque’s and money orders will cleared before goods will be dispatched.

LPI has a title to the goods until full payment of the price. For late payment there is without prior notice a debt of an interest of 1% per month and an indemnity equal to 10% of the invoice with a minimum of € 50.

We warranty all products on our web pages for a minimum of 12 months against defects in workmanship or materials for normal road use (racing, rust and accidental damage are excluded). Longer warranties by the manufacturer may also be applicable on some products. In order to make a claim please call our office and ask for a returned goods authorization number. You will then be given instructions in how to use our returns system. Please carefully package the goods, and arrange shipment of the goods (with insurance paid) by prepaid surface mail, including a copy of our original invoice for proof of date of purchase. We will refund your cost of shipping if the part is deemed to be defective. Returned goods without a returns number will be refused upon delivery. Any goods returned which are damaged or in saleable condition will be subject to repair or replacement charges as appropriate.
